DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City required a strategic six-month PR campaign to build awareness, generate bookings, and establish the brand locally ahead of its opening.
Chapter II delivered a comprehensive media relations campaign, created and managed social media platforms for the hotel and adjoining restaurant, organised a star-studded VIP launch event for more than 300 people, as well as curated a series of activations across the City, which we branded ‘National Cookie Week’.


The PR campaign positioned DoubleTree by Hilton Sheffield City as both a premium and community-focused destination. The launch event generated major buzz, while the Cookie Week activation reinforced brand personality and created emotional connections with the public.
Part of our original brief from the client was to ensure everyone in the City was talking about the Double Tree by Hilton Sheffield City, and due to our extensive knowledge of the City’s hospitality sector and our creativity, we delivered a campaign which was effective, memorable and results-driven.
