What a year we’ve had at Chapter II. We’ve launched celebrity pop-up stores, filmed one-of-a-kind venues and worked on some landmark campaigns for our clients, all while navigating the changing trends that shape our industry.

We want to take this opportunity to reflect on the last 12 months, so here is a look at what we have achieved, learned, and are excited about as we head into the new year.

The Chapter II team at the Sheffield Christmas Market.

It’s been a year of new beginnings

One of our biggest milestones this year was moving into our new office at Pennine Five in Sheffield city centre. Being back in the heart of the action allows us to be at the centre of the city’s creative and business communities, as well as the abundance of incredible Sheffield businesses we can walk to in no time.

We launched our new website in 2025, bringing together all our services in a one-stop place for our customers, showcasing our work across PR, marketing, design and video, while giving a true sense of who we are and how we work. Not to mention, we think it looks pretty good too.

Alongside the website, we introduced a brand refresh that better reflects our outlook as an agency. Our updated identity feels clean, with classic accent colours that help with how we communicate with our audience.

We’ve been strengthening partnerships

This year, we became proud Silver Partners of Club Doncaster’s 100Club. As well as being able to attend some exciting games at Doncaster’s Eco Power Stadium, partnering with the 100Club allows us to build meaningful partnerships with other members and strengthen our existing relationship with one of Yorkshire’s biggest football clubs.

We have also had the fantastic opportunity to sponsor two of the region’s biggest business awards: the Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber Awards, where we sponsored Campaign of the Year and the unLTD Business Awards, where we sponsored Best Not for Profit or Social Enterprise.

What facts and figures sum up Chapter II’s year?

Before we even get to the numbers we achieved for our clients this year, we’re going to start off with the people of Chapter II first. We couldn’t do any of our amazing work without them, so looking after our people sits at the heart of everything we do. In 2025 we celebrated three team promotions - congratulations to Allie, Georgina and Abbie.

Now, what did the fantastic team achieve this year? We…

  • worked with 42 clients across a wide range of sectors

  • wrote, designed and posted 3,521 social media posts

  • captured 17,275 photographs for clients, totalling 863GB of content

  • secured over 700 media hits for our clients

What trends have we seen in 2025?

Some of the most significant trends we have seen this year include AI moving firmly into the mainstream. Brands are increasingly using it to support content creation, insight gathering and efficiency. However, we still recognise the importance of human creativity and strategic thinking.

With that in mind, you can’t avoid that there is still a need for authenticity and transparency. Audiences connect most with honest storytelling with a clear purpose, and they are quick to disengage from anything that feels forced or insincere. Human-led content continues to perform the strongest, with real people, teams, and communities building deeper trust and engagement.

The lines between traditional PR and SEO continue to blur, and earned media, digital coverage, and search visibility are increasingly interconnected. This year has seen us engage in fantastic conversations with clients as we explain how we approach this ever-evolving digital age.

Within our design studio, the most requested design style in 2025 has been minimalist design, followed by luxury and high-end aesthetics. Geometric and modern styles have also remained popular, with corporate design rounding out the key trends we have seen this year.

As we get ready for the new year, preparations for our next chapter are already underway, and we’re excited to see what is in store for 2026!
